ORDERS

IS MY ORDER PLACED?

-Orders are not finalized until they are paid in full, or a card number is on file. Sending in an email or inquire form does not mean the order is placed.

IS THERE A MINIMUM TO ORDER?

         - A minimum of 6 per flavor and design is required to order. 

WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

         - Cakes, cupcakes and pies require 48 hours’ notice depending on design. Shortbread orders require a minimum of 72 hours depending on design.

TIERED CAKES & FONDANT

WHAT IS THE STARTING PRICE FOR TIERED CAKES?

          - Tiered cakes start at $4.25 a serving and will increase in cost with more detailed orders.

DO YOU FONDANT COVER CAKES?

          - We do not cover our cakes in fondant, we make fondant accents. We value our buttercream skills!

CAN I HAVE A FONDANT FIGURINE?

         - Yes, fondant work needs 72 hours notice. It must dry and be made ahead of time.

INGREDIENTS

IS EVERYTHING HOMEMADE?

         - Yes, everything down to the peanut butter is made in house. We like to use fresh ingredients for every product we have.

WHAT IS MEXICAN VANILLA?

         - Mexican Vanilla is a cross blend between an orchid plant and a vanilla bean! Amy’s and Baked uses this flavoring in everything! We can not share our brand or ingredients with anyone.

WHEN WILL I GET AN EMAIL RESPONSE?

         - Emails will get a response within 4 hours during all business hours.

WHERE DO I SEND DONATION REQUESTS?

         - The bakery is not able to take donation requests at this time. We'll update this page when circumstances change.
