BAKED BY AMY'S IS:
Erin developed her love for baking while working as a sous chef under Chef Robert Citto at The Vista Verde Guest Ranch in Colorado where she oversaw all the desserts and breads for the resort. She returned to Austin to attend The Cordon Bleu Cooking School and graduated in 2009. Erin was an easy choice for Bakery Partner, she wrote the Baked by Amy’s business plan and developed the product selections along with a carefully chosen team of talented designers and bakers.
Jami hails from El Paso, Texas and grew up having one dream: to work at Amy’s. An alumna of Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Jami has gained ten years of exceptional decorating experience. She now works for Baked by Amy’s as the Head Decorator & Assistant Manager. Her passion is decorating speciality cakes and wedding cakes. In addition to having a job that allows her to do something she loves, Jami loves cats, adventure, and discovering the world.

As an up and coming bakery, we owe our successes to the magnanimous Austin community and strive to support the local organizations that make this city great! Rather than spending all marketing ‘dollars’ on advertising, we take pride in also giving directly to community events with local non-profits, children’s health organizations, and educational groups.
